Tangle a Day #8

Hello everyone!
I have been playing with stencils and zentangling in the last couple of days. I love this kitty - it reminds me so much of my kittycat Jack!!!

I really enjoyed filling the stencil in with Nzeppel (an official Zentangle® pattern) then tangling around it. I do prefer the 3½" square where he doesn't have an aura but never mind.

Enjoy.
Take care and ciao for now,

What a great idea! I think you choose your tangle configurations to perfection!

Wonderful-I like the square one better too. I have been tangling for days and wore out 3 sets of brand new pens. I think because I am working on a surface with gesso and acrylic paint. You have inspired some experimetation with stencils..

HI there! Thanks for popping by and to be mentioned together with Lucy in the Attic is kind of a Wow thing. Makes me very proud! A tip regarding the shell stitch blanket, make sure to use a medium to heavy weight yarn to avoid that the pattern breaks, weave in looooong ends carefully. I made a mistake with this and my blanket has started to give way for some holes after a year and a half of daily use... I need to patch it up a little. Good luck.

And how wonderful paper arts you make. Me and my girls are big fans of coloring in illustrations like this. I have a pile of coloring in books of all kinds and tons of pens and markers... Perfect for rainy days.
Ciao
